Our Punch technicians obsess over the nitty gritty details, so you don’t have to!

We send a professional handyman into the unit with a checklist that you provide. We’ll go through the items on the list and check them off one by one, communicating what needs to be done to make the unit ready for the next tenant. Our Punch technicians will fix some of the basic issues - like caulking cracks, switching light bulbs, installing new appliances / light fixtures, changing drips pans etc. And we’ll let you know when things need a bit more technical expertise like plumbing fixes or HVAC fixes.
